A local zine company from Sacramento, California, specializing in a new zine each quarter that focuses on a different culture within Sacramento, sought the creation of a new zine centered on Sacramento’s food culture. A group of four designers developed content for a food zine using only original articles and decided to focus on farm-to-fork produce and fusion cuisine in the Sacramento area. All illustrations were created by Alex Guerrero to bring a fun and inviting vibe to the food zine industry. This project involved experimenting with typography and type layout to convey information effectively to its users.
